Rosa's mother died after going birth to this outstanding filly… we were devastated but yet so happy with Athena's only bay filly. Everyone that sees her is very impressed.
Rosa is very refined with an upright carriage and the snort and blow that comes naturally though her tail females… Short head, small ears, very high set clean neck and compact body with loads tail! She is our spoiled baby…and she is a full sister to the classic filly Maleeka El Masr who is offered for sale. Rosa is not offered at this time.

Mandeeh El Masr. 2012, Sire: Madheen El Masr Dam: Shantel El Masr, Should mature about 14.3 hands. (she stands 14.2 1/2 at 3 years old.) Mandee has an incredible body and the flattest top line . She has huge dark eyes and sharp ears with a longer type of face than the others, but very finely made. She is correct and a good mover. She is has a skin blemish, but is sound & no proud flesh & totally sound mover. This filly is show potential and she could do very well in the show ring. Will consider selling her. Yasmeen El Masr, (reg. pend.) March 5th 2014, Sire Champion producer: Shahim Al Nakeeb. Dam: Daiseeh El Masr.
We saw Shahim at the Egyptian Event and loved his presence & type! We were fortunate to purchase a breeding at the Mid America Breeders Auction.. Not only did we admire his sire's line, but just as important, if not more…was the great females lines. I was very familiar with these as they were here in the US and i got to see them up close. The tail female went to Nariman ( fantastic mare) with her dam being the great Sameh daughter Deenaa. (dam of BInt Deenaa) In late March we were informed that Shahim was leaving for Costa Rica on April 9th, 2013. So there was time to get cooled fresh semen otherwise it would have to be the frozen semen. We all know that not only is that more costly, but we chose a maiden mare we love and did not want wish to have her go through the every 6 hours or so of ultra sounds. Yes we got lucky…very lucky, not only did she take with the one shipment and we gave a quality filly… but too, she was a good mother!
I believe she is the "only straight Egyptian filly" in the US at this time.
